AN/PRC-152
is a multiband multipurpose handy portable.
It belongs to the Falcon III © radio - series , built by Harris ©.
As a versatile and light radio, it combines several radios in one:
On HF it is compatible with Sincgars radios;
On tactical bands it can be used for security ourposes and connections to airplanes;
In the UHF bands it is used to connect to military airplanes, and
and also in the UHF range it serves the tactical satellite communication.
The AN/PRC-152(V)2(C) ia an extended version with builz-in 12-channel GPS receiver,
this version has a second short antenna.

It uses all possibilities of a modern handy portable, like for example split frequencies
or CTCSS subtones.
