AN/PRC-148
is a MBITR (Multiband Inter/Intra Team Radio);
Built since 2000, it is the smallest handy portable on the market.
Using mobile- or fixed-station-adapters, an output of 20 or 50 Watts can be rached.
The universal frequency grid works together with all modern and older radio generations.
An exact description would be too comprehensive.
Besides, I do not want to violate any copyrights.
Please use the numerous publications in the net.
Because of the hight price, I will never have an original radio in my collection.
The pictures come from a fullscale PMR- replica that can be bought even in European frequency grid.
