The " Taschenfunkgerät FuG 13" (Pocket radio FuG 13)
is the 4m- version of the Teleport VII. It uses 1 MHz in the 80 MHz band (see label). It was introduced in 1974.
The radio in the collection is equipped with 5 channels.
Ten crystal pairs can be inserted.
Two crystals are needed per channel, so theoretically the radio operates:
10 channels duplex;
5 channels semi duplex or
a combination duplex / semi duplex.
The version in the collection is a "version K", the one with a short battery.
