RF-10
is a modern Czech manpack. The handbook dates from 1989,
up to the year 2000 the batteries were charged regularly in a depot.
Compared to other manpacks it is very small.
It can be carried with or without a pouch; on the chest, on the back or on the belt.
It comes with all accessories in a big plastic bag . In it is a large styrofoam box, that contains
(in my case):
The radio with batterypack
two rod antennas , different lenth
one spare front
packing list
description (Czech)
carrying bag with three carrying belts
second battery in a bag
handset
connecting wire
two wire antennas , different length
guy rope
one padlock (?)
small sheet metal box with accessories
Different ranges can be covered by using the four antennas.
The battery pack contains 5 NiCad- batteries, 1.2V / 4Ah, that also can be replaced by
today's D- batteries. (see picture gallery)
