ECM/FSS 209
is a device that simulates radio interference and jamming. It is used for training purposes.
The device is connected between handset and microfone input of the transceiver. Interference signals are mixed with
the microfone signal; you can mix the undisturbed and the jammed signal in any combination.
Other signals, e.g. from tape or an external microfone, may be mixed additionally.
