Gretacoder 210
is an extremely secure digital voice encrypter forVHF- and UHF- radios.
It easily can be used with radios like AN/PRC-77 or VRC 12 or equivalent.
Its small size and its low power consumption make it an ideal attachment for radios in combat zones.
The high cryptological security level even allows usage in high command levels.
Delta modulation gives a good signal quality at low data rates. The digitized voice is encrypted three times.
Two secret elementary keys are stored in an eprom, buffered by a battery.These keys are deleted when the device is
opened up or when the emergency erase key is pressed three times.
The Gretacoder 210 also will work under bad conditions like fading or enemy interference.
It is possible to join a network at any time.
A mixed network is possible, where not all radios are equipped with a Gretacoder 210.
